Theodore Newlon Appears in Randolph County Circuit Court

A Randolph County man was in circuit court Tuesday for a pre-trial conference.

The authorities said Theodore Newlon, 81, killed his wife.

Judge Jamie Wilfong set Newlon's "status hearing for review" for October 14 and his trial for January 8 through January 13.
