Venison Workshop to be Held November 2 in Clarksburg

A Venison Workshop will be held November 2 at the Harrison County Recreation Complex and 4-H Center in Clarksburg.

The workshop will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

A presentation at the event will include herd management and disease, processing, carving the carcass, cooking, and food tasting.

Registration fee is $7 per person. The deadline to register is October 24.
