Grafton Police Arrest Taylor County Man on Sexual Assault Charge

Grafton Police have arrested a Taylor County man accused of having sex with a 15-year-old.

Jonathan Hanley, 24, faces a charge of third degree sexual assault, according to police.

Hanley is in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail. His case will be handled by circuit court.
