Republic Waste Services started its new recycling service in Morgantown yesterday.

The weekly pick-up is just the beginning of the changes in service. In December residents will receive new 65-gallon totes for recyclables.

The new bins are on display in city hall and will replace the current square ones.

Seniors can request the smaller totes by emailing morgantownwv@republicservices.com.
