Grafton Police arrested a man Monday night on drug charges.

Brian Neligh, 31, was arrested on charges of manufacturing a controlled substance.

Grafton Police suspected an active methamphetamine lab was being operated in a vehicle.

Police arrived at Briarcliff Apartments in Grafton where Neligh's vehicle was located.

According to the criminal complaint, a strong chemical odor was coming from the vehicle.

The meth lab was removed from the vehicle and disassembled.

Police received a search warrant for Neligh's home, where additional drugs were found.

Neligh is being held in Tygart Valley Regional Jail.
