Randolph County Law Enforcement Agencies Arrest Man on Sexual As - WBOY.com: Clarksburg, Morgantown: News, Sports, Weather

The Randolph County Sheriff's Department and State Police have arrested a man on several sexual assault and abuse charges.

Derek Shifflett, 30, of Elkins faces 12 counts of first degree sexual assault, 12 counts of sexual abuse by a parent or guardian, and 12 counts on incest.

The sheriff's department said Shifflett fondled a 10-year-old girl and had her perform oral sex on him more than 10 times during the past year.

Shifflett is in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail with bail set at $360,000.
