A Monongalia County man has entered a plea to drug and firearms charges.

A press release issued by U.S. Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld said Aaron Fleming, 27, appeared in U.S. District Court in Clarksburg before Judge Irene M. Keeley.

Fleming pleaded guilty to one count of possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

The press released said Fleming committed both offenses last April and faces a maximum of 30 years in prison. He could also face a fine of $1,250,000 for both charges.

Fleming is in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail awaiting sentencing.
