The State Fire Marshal's office said a fire in Preston County that destroyed an outbuilding and damaged the side of a mobile home is believed to be arson.
Investigators said a man who has been identified by witnesses walking away from the scene had argued with the victim just a few hours earlier over money.
The victim, his wife, and baby got out of the trailer uninjured.
