"One hundred consignors in this space we can't handle any more in here!" said sales coordinator, Jenn Lee. "Each consignor, each 300 items, so we have 30,000 items in this building right now!"

From baby safety items to winter coats to rows and rows of clothing, the "Children's Consignment Sale of Morgantown" proved a bigger success than ever.

"It's grown by leaps and bounds" said Lee. "Add 20 consignors every time we do it."

Lee is one of two local area moms who puts on this bi-annual sale. It benefits new moms, experienced moms, even moms to be! And one step further, much of the proceeds benefit Christian Help, an agency in Morgantown that helps low income families going through emergencies.

"We will help many families in Morgantown area be able to keep their lights on, be able to get some prescriptions they really need, also to keep them in their homes," said Christian Help's Debby Strother.

It's a win-win-win situation for all, moms gathering up great deals, consignors making a buck or two, and all the donations and money staying local.

If you'd like to consign your children's items for the spring/summer sale that will start the weekend of March 14, 2013, "like" Children's Consignment Sale of Morgantown on Facebook. Or you can send an email to Jenn Lee at Gogo481@gmail.com.
