
For the second week in a row, a Fairmont State University volleyball player has earned the Player of the Week award from the WVIAC.
Amber Wilson helped the Lady Falcons go 3-0 last week and FSU is on a seven game win streak.
The junior had 15 kills and six blocks in a win over Point Park. Against Urbana, Wilson had 20 kills, one ace and four blocks. The Indiana native had 18 kills, three aces, five digs and four blocks in a win over Wittenberg.
On the week, Wilson had 53 kills and 14 blocks.
Fairmont State is currently tied for first place in the WVIAC standings with Alderson-Broaddus and Wheeling Jesuit.
