Day 1: Marion County Grand Jury Hands Down Indictments for 24 Cases

The Marion County grand jury indicted 24 people on Tuesday.

The following names and charges were released by the Marion County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.

John Wilbur Bowman, 51 of Mannington, was indicted on one count of manufacturing a controlled substance.

Keith Edward Perkins, 46 of Fairmont, was indicted on one count of manufacturing a controlled substance.

Deon Joseph Lucio, II, 20 of Jonesboro, Georgia, was indicted on one count of sexual assault in the third degree.

Ernest Eugene Stewart, 63 of Wheeling, was indicted on one count of grand larceny.

Jared Marshall Shrewsberry, 25 of Alderson, was indicted on one count of delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school; one count of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver; and one count of conspiracy to commit a felony.

Joshua Levi Floyd, 23 of Smithfield, was indicted on one count of robbery in the second degree; and one count of conspiracy to commit a felony.

Natasha McMasters, 24 of Smithfield, was indicted on one count of robber in the second degree; and one count of conspiracy to commit a felony.

Michael Anthony West, Jr., 19 of Middletown, Delaware, was indicted on one count of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver.

Eugene Delfon Bradsher, Jr., 19 of Washington, DC, was indicted on one count of robbery in the first degree; and one count of conspiracy to commit a felony.

Lambert Quintel Horton, 37 of Hagerstown, Maryland, was indicted on one count of malicious assault.

John George Carpenter, 46 of Fairview, was indicted on three counts of receiving or transferring stolen goods.

Leonadus Lowell Chaney, III, 44 of Fairmont, was indicted on one count of receiving or transferring stolen goods.

Charles Lee Hager, II, 24 of Fairmont, was indicted on three counts of breaking and entering; two counts of grand larceny; and one count conspiracy to commit a felony.

Zachary Michael Hager, 22 of Fairmont, was indicted on multiple counts of breaking and entering; five counts of grand larceny; and one count of conspiracy to commit a felony.

Christopher Douglas Miller, 26 of Fairmont, was indicted on five counts of breaking and entering; five counts of grand larceny; and one count of conspiracy to commit a felony.

Adam Matthew Shaffer, 26 of Eglon, was indicted on one count of grand larceny; and one count of conspiracy to commit a felony.

Eric Fawcett, 29 of Fairmont, was indicted on two counts of delivery of a controlled substance; and one count of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver.

Jesse Michael Hamryszak, 25 of Fairmont, was indicted on two counts of delivery of a controlled substance; five counts of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver; and one count of conspiracy to commit a felony.

Kathi Ann Howrylak, 58 of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, was indicted on two counts of delivery of a controlled substance; five counts of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver; and one count of conspiracy to commit a felony.

Dolores Fulk-Price, 45 of Fairmont, was indicted on one count of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver; and one count of conspiracy to commit a felony.

Jonathan Carroll, 23 of Rivesville, was indicted on one count of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver; and one count of delivery of a controlled substance.

James Fisher, 27 of Rivesville, was indicted on one count of manufacturing a controlled substance.

David Menendez, 41 of Fairmont, was indicted on one count of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver.

Germaine Lewis, 41 of Fairmont, was indicted on one count of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver.
