Struck Sunday Evening with wind gusts to 100 MPH.
The town of Fairview held its second annual Pumpkin Festival on Saturday.
The public started its day with a pancake and sausage breakfast at Fairview Town Park.
Following the breakfast were three pageants, and a car show.
There was crafters, live music, and activities for kids.
The town hopes to take its festival to the next level in 2013.
"Our goal is to be fairs and festivals next year," said Festival Director Kurtis Helgeson. "So we want it to be a recognized festival through out the state of West Virginia."
