A Morgantown man was sentenced Monday on sexual abuse charges.

Glennis Ruckle, 79, was sentenced to 10 to 20 years for sexual abuse by a parent or guardian, one to five years for third degree sexual assault and 10 years for use of a minor in filming sexually explicit content.

The first two charges will run concurrently, or at the same time, and the third consecutively, or one after the other.

Ruckle will serve his time on home confinement.

The defense pushed for alternative sentencing based on Ruckle's health, age and mobility.
