The Appalachian Gallery in Morgantown hosted a local artist for Saturday's "Saturday on the Porch" series. Each week the gallery hosts a new local artist.
This week featured Elyssa Marsland who specializes in wire jewelry. She said she enjoys making jewelry out of almost anything customers bring to her, including pieces that are family heirlooms.
All of the pieces in the store are for sale. The series will continue until the end of next month.
All local artists encouraged to sell their pieces at the Appalachian Arts and Craft Center.
