17 Community Health Centers in WV to Receive Funding

Senator Jay Rockefeller has announced funding for 17 community health centers in West Virginia.

The funding will provide more coordinated care that's modeled after patient center medical homes.

The community health centers will each receive $55,000.

Rockefeller said the funding will support community health centers across the state to improve care and services.

Three centers in our area will benefit from this grant program.

Preston Taylor Community Health Centers in Grafton, Community Care of West Virginia in Rock Cave and Valley Health Care in Mill Creek.
