An accident slowed traffic Tuesday morning on Interstate 79 in Harrison County.
The accident happened just before 10 a.m. near the 125 mile marker.
The state police said four people went to the hospital with minor injuries after a tire blew out.
The car's driver lost control and it slid off the road and into an embankment.
Traffic on I-79 south was restricted to just one lane while workers cleared the scene.
