The Harrison County Sheriff's Department has arrested a Lost Creek man on six counts of first degree sexual assault.
Nathan Eakle, 23, is accused of sexually assaulting a relative on several occasions in 2004, when the accused was 15 and his relative was 9 years old.
Eakle was arrested on similar charges in 2011.
Eakle is being held in the North Central Regional Jail with bail set at $300,000.
