PACE Enterprises celebrated the work of its employees Thursday.
PACE provides employment and training for people with disabilities.
It recognized more than a dozen employees and community members at its annual awards ceremony.
PACE said its success for the past 40 years is rooted in the effort and excitement of its employees.
"We have a terrific work force," said Greg Morris, of PACE Enterprises. "They work hard, enjoy coming to work. We have over 160 employees with disabilities. Over the past year they worked over 150,000 hours, and they do a great job. Our customers, and community support us greatly."
PACE said disabled West Virginians have some of the highest unemployment rates in the country.
