The West Virginia State Police has arrested a Webster County couple and charged them with operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory.

Tony and Joretta Adkins are facing ten counts each, for having supplies commonly used to make meth, including rubber tubing, drano, lithium batteries, pseudophedrine, and cold packs. State police also found several bags of finished methamphetamine, according to the criminal complaint document.

State police also obtained a digitally recorded statement from Joretta Adkins, in which she confessed to making meth for months, on at least 10 occasions.

The Adkins' are being held in Central Regional Jail with bail set at $325,000 each.
