MORGANTOWN -
A woman was transported to Ruby Memorial Hospital after being struck along I79 Sunday.
The incident occurred around 2 p.m. near mile marker 150.
West Virginia State Police said the pedestrian appeared to be flagging down help after her car broke down when she was struck.
State Police could not confirm the extent of her injuries but said she did suffer a leg injury.
