The Division of Highways closed a major road in Taylor County for the second time Wednesday after another night of Super Storm Sandy's winds and snow.

The Taylor County Sheriff's Department said the DOH closed Route 119 North because of debris that made it unsafe for drivers.

Route 119 has since reopened with fire departments on call to clean it off as needed.

The county has opened a shelter at Grafton High School for people without power and heat.
