Struck Sunday Evening with wind gusts to 100 MPH.
The Marion County Commission purchased the courthouse annex two years ago and has been remodeling it ever since.
Friday, the commission announced its completion with a ribbon cutting ceremony.
The annex is now used as the Prosecuting Attorney's office.
Commissioners said they were running out of room in the courthouse and the new building allows the Prosecuting Attorney to hire additional staff.
All repairs and remodeling were done by county employees.
