GRAFTON -

The Grafton Police Department arrested a man Saturday night on two charges of felony possession.

Police arrested Franklin Moore, 42, in Taylor County after authorities pulled him over for possibly driving under the influence.

Police later discovered a gun sticking out from under a blanket in Moore's car.

Moore had a loaded 40 caliber gun on the passenger seat of the car, and a shot gun in the back seat, officials said.

Police determined that both guns were stolen by Moore.

Moore also has felony charges in West Virginia and Virginia for failing to appear for previous court dates.

He is being held in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail.
