Harrison County law enforcement has arrested two people who are involved with a countywide burglary and drug scheme, according to criminal complaint documents.

Jessica Rollyson, 31, of Jane Lew, is accused of burglarizing a Meadowbrook Road home and taking a 32 inch television and a .40 caliber Smith and Wesson pistol.  A man who hasn't been charged yet waited in the vehicle for her, according to the criminal complaint document.

Rollyson attempted to return $92.49 worth of stolen clothing to JCPenney at the Meadowbrook Mall, when JCPenney loss prevention notified Bridgeport Police, which had been investigating the burglary.

An interview with Rollyson led authorities to another man, who Rollyson said she swapped the stolen merchandise for heroin, according to law enforcement.

The Harrison County Street Crimes and Drug Unit and SWAT team served a search warrant at a house on Horner Avenue in Clarksburg around 10 p.m. Tuesday.

Harrison County authorities arrested Eddie James Sykes, 35, and charged him with one count of distribution of heroin and one count of possession with intent to deliver.

The Harrison County SWAT team found two bricks of heroin, a stolen television, a stolen handgun and $3,156 in cash inside the house.

Sykes told police that he exchanged 14 stamps of heroin for the stolen gun and television. He said he had agreed to sell the gun to another person for $600 and had already been paid the money but hadn't delivered the gun yet, according to the criminal complaint document.

Sykes is being held in North Central Regional Jail with bail set at $100,000.

Rollyson is being held in North Central Regional Jail with bail set at $20,000.
