County cast their votes in this
election, according to county election officials.
The only contested local race was for the office of sheriff.
Democrat and incumbent Albert Marano defeated his challenger L.J. Maxey with 62
percent of the votes.
The offices of magistrate, prosecuting attorney, and county
commission, assessor, and surveyor were all uncontested on the ballot.
