UPDATE: Barbour County Sheriff's Office Arrests Man on Murder Charge

Charles Marsh appeared in Barbour County court on Wednesday, November 14 for a bond hearing.

Marsh's bond was changed to a surety bond, which will enable him to use property to post bond, according to officials.  Marsh is being held in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail on $150,000 bail.

The Barbour County Sheriff's Office has arrested a man and charged him with second degree murder after an incident at a bar.

Charles Marsh, 33, accused Greg Durst of touching his wife inappropriately and then struck the man in the head, according to Barbour County Sheriff John Hawkins. The man was transported to Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, where he was put on life support and eventually died.

Marsh is being held at Tygart Valley Regional Jail with cash-only bail set at $150,000.
