The Barbour County Sheriff's Office has arrested a man and charged him with second degree murder after an incident at a bar.
Charles Marsh, 33, accused Greg Durst of touching his wife inappropriately and then struck the man in the head, according to Barbour County Sheriff John Hawkins. The man was transported to Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, where he was put on life support and eventually died.
Marsh is being held at Tygart Valley Regional Jail with cash-only bail set at $150,000.
