
A Monongalia County landlord is facing burglary-related charges.
Westover Police charged Gary Walden with conspiracy to commit burglary.
According to the criminal complaint, witnesses said Walden told employee Jeremy Dye to break into a tenant's home through a window to collect rent money.
Dye has also been arrested.
Walden was charged with sexual abuse in May and has been arrested before on burglary-related charges.
