Lewis County residents gathered at Garton Plaza to welcome another new business to Weston.
The crowd welcomed Transformation Salon to the county.
The business hosted a ribbon cutting just after noon. It offers hair and tanning services to its clients.
Lewis County Delegate Peggy Donaldson Smith also welcomed the business with a proclamation from the governor.
The county said this is just another sign that the area is growing.
"Quite a bit, especially with the oil and gas, and then with the hair salon here in the plaza, it's a boost for Lewis County, definitely, because I've been in the plaza for years," said Katherine Friend, of Lewis County Chamber.
