Tucker Community Foundation is sponsoring a quilting contest as part of its newly-named publication, Common Threads.
Quilters can enter the Foundation's Logo Quilt Contest by submitting a quilted logo mounted for presentation.
The quilts should measure between 12" by 12" and 24" by 24". Entries will be judged on workmanship and showmanship. The deadline to submit quilts is March 1.
To enter and to receive an electronic version of the TCF logo, submit your name, address and phone number to dianehtcf@frontiernet.net, or drop information off at Run For It Headquarters, before January 1.
Contest entries will be displayed at the Run For It Headquarters in Davis the month of March and the winners will be announced before April 1.
