Man Accused of Murder on Trial in Monongalia County - WBOY.com: Clarksburg, Morgantown: News, Sports, Weather

The trial of a man facing a murder charge began Tuesday.

Jeron Hawkins is accused of shooting three people outside Karma Night Club in Morgantown last year.

Hawkins faces a first degree charge as well as two counts of malicious assault.

The Monongalia Prosecutor's Office said the trial began with jury selection and opening statements.

It will continue Wednesday with witness statements.
