Jury selection for the Oklahoma man charged with murder in the death of Sergeant Michael Todd May of the Monongalia Sheriff's Department was scheduled for 9 a.m. on Wednesday, November 14 in the Court of Common Pleas in Greene County, Pa.
Jerod Alan Green, 35, is facing 16 felony charges including first degree murder of a law enforcement officer, criminal homicide, homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence, DUI, and others, according to documents from the Greene County Court of Common Pleas.
Green's jury trial is scheduled for 9 a.m. on December 10.
Green remains in custody at the Greene County Prison.
