Fire Breaks Out in Marion County off Tulip Lane

    An electrical fire destroyed a home in Harrison County Tuesday night. The Harrison County 911 Center said it started just after 12:15 a.m. on Locust Street in Salem. It said the fire appears to be suspicious.

The Valley Volunteer Fire Department is still investigating a fire that badly damaged a home on Tulip Lane Wednesday, November 14.

The house fire began around 10:15 p.m. and it took almost an hour to get the flames under control.

The Valley Fire Volunteer Department said no one was home at the time of the fire and the entire back side of the house is damaged.

The cause of the fire is still unknown.

A fire broke out Wednesday night off Tulip Lane in Marion County. 

The house fire started around 10:15 p.m. It took about an hour for firefighters to get the flames under control. 

No one was home at the time of the fire. The house was badly damaged.

Boothsville, Winfield, Monongah Fire Departments and the Valley Volunteer Fire Department all responded.

The fire is still under investigation.
