State police arrested the wife of a Marion County doctor Thursday.
State police said she used her husband's position to fraudulently obtain prescription drugs.
Jennifer Holehouse, 44 of Morgantown, is charged with six counts of misuse of a DEA registration and six counts of possession of a controlled substance.
State police said Jennifer Holehouse worked for her husband, Dr. James Holehouse, as a nurse at his medical practice in White Hall. During that time, she fraudulently obtained the controlled substances without her husband's knowledge, permission and/or consent, according to the criminal complaint.
Police said she used Dr. Holehouse's DEA number on several occasions earlier this year to write herself prescriptions for adderall and percocet.
According to Dr. Holehouse, he and his wife are now estranged and said that she no longer works for his practice.
Jennifer Holehouse is in the North Central Regional Jail with bail set at $130,000.
