A fire broke out in Philippi early Friday morning.
Three fire departments were called to a home with a heavy fire on the roof.
Barbour County 911 said it started just after 2:00 a.m.
It was at a home off of Route 119 south. It took crews almost two hours to clear the scene.
Officials said the cause of the fire was a wood burning stove.
