The Morgantown Police Department responded to a vehicle accident involving a pedestrian Friday afternoon.
The accident happened on Monongahela Boulevard shortly after 12 p.m.
Police said Bryan Feicht, of Fredericktown, Ohio, was trying to cross Monongahela Boulevard from the Creative Arts Center to the WVU Coliseum parking lot when he was struck by a 2004 Infiniti driven by Sara Reynolds of Glen Allen, Virginia.
Feicht was not at a designated crossing area and failed to stop for the vehicle, police said.
Police said Feicht was transported to the emergency room at Ruby Memorial Hospital for minor injuries.
The police department reminds pedestrians to cross Monongahela Boulevard at the designated cross-walk at the intersection of Patteson Drive.
