Budding artists in Lewis County will soon have a place to perfect their craft and showcase it too.

The Warm HeARTs Studio and Gallery held its grand opening earlier this week.

Owner and art teacher Barbara Schmidt opened the studio to accommodate local artists.

Schmidt plans on teaching classes in the studio as well as sharing the gallery space with other area artists.
