People in downtown Morgantown will soon have to pay to ride Mountain Line buses to all locations in the area.

Pickup points that had been free to riders will soon cost 75-cents.

Mountain Line Transit will hold a public hearing about the change November 28 at its Westover facility.

The change is expected to take effect in January.
