CLARKSBURG -
Not everyone gets to enjoy Thanksgiving with their families, but for travelers staying at one local hotel, the holiday might be a little brighter.
The Hilton Garden Inn on Emily Drive will host a Thanksgiving buffet Thursday for both its guests and the community.
"We'll have some of our regular guests, they'll be coming down, we have long term stays they've been here for years…some of the oil and gas guys, they'll come down, they can't go home to visit their families so they'll have Thanksgiving with us," said food and beverage manager Justin Vance.
The hotel said that it expects to service almost 200 people for Thanksgiving. It's planning a traditional dinner, with turkey, stuffing, green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, and dessert.
