The Morgantown Police Department have arrested and accused a man with pulling a knife out during an argument on High Street on Saturday afternoon.

Morgantown Police said James Blum, 28, brandished a knife as an argument escalated.

Police said Blum put the knife away as the victim displayed a walking stick in defense.

Blum was charged with brandishing and is currently in the North Central Regional Jail with bail set at $10,000.
