Monongalia County is revisiting the Exotic Entertainment Ordinance.
The county commission said it's amending the ordinance, which was originally passed in April of 2010, based on a lawsuit filed by a local gentlemen's club.
A notable change includes minimizing the distance the club can operate from churches, schools or residential areas from 2,000 feet to 600.
