Musicians at Alderson-Broaddus College will honor first responders this weekend.
On Sunday, A-B will hold its annual Christmas concerts featuring musicians from many different groups at the college.
It was one of the schools that lost power for days in late October after Superstorm Sandy.
It said the concerts are one way it can thank all those emergency crews for their hard work.
"They worked around the clock to help restore the power for our students and we just wanted to dedicate the concerts to them," said A-B Marketing Director Ashley Mittelmeier
Alderson-Broaddus will hold shows at 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. with a reception between.
