A Marion County man pleaded guilty Wednesday to one count of first degree robbery.
Prosecuting Attorney Jeff Freeman said William Horton Jr., 30, appeared in court on two charges each of night time burglary and first-degree robbery.
The charges stemmed from a robbery in June of 2010 where he acted as a lookout while his cousins broke into a residence.
One of his cousins was killed by the resident during the robbery.
Horton will be sentenced in January.
He faces no less than 10 years in prison.
