A Clarksburg woman in waiting to be sentenced on federal drug charges.

Teisha Davis, 20, pleaded guilty Friday to distributing crack cocaine within 1,000 feet of the Monticello Avenue playground.  That crime happened on May 3, 2012, officials said.

Davis faces up to 40 years in prison and a 2,000,000 fine.  She also forfeited $1,220 in cash, firearms, ammunition, cell phones, digital scales, a thumb drive and a TV.  All of those items are considered proceeds of her drug activity.

She is free on bond until her sentencing.

Davis' case was investigated by the Harrison County Drug Task Force, which is made up of officers from the Harrison County Sheriff's Department and the Bridgeport and Clarksburg police departments.
