It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas in Clarksburg!

MVB Bank recently opened its newest branch office in downtown Clarksburg, and on Friday night, the branch lit its Christmas tree on the side of the building for the first time.

The 50-foot green and white LED tree lit up, just before Clarksburg's annual Christmas parade. It features a star that's just over four feet tall with hundreds of lights fastened to a 32 foot base.

The Christmas tree will be lit from dusk till dawn during the holiday season.

MVB Bank is located inside the historic Empire Bank Building.

The Christmas Parade took place on Main Street wrapping all the way around to West Pike Street.

The parade had all kinds of Christmas themed floats and in addition to local high school bands, twirlers, and other civic groups along with WBOY personalities and Snowbird!
