NITRO (AP) — Mardis Gras Casino and Resort plans to open a buffet that will create 60 jobs.

Media outlets report that the Nitro casino will hold a career fair Tuesday to fill casino and food and beverage positions.

The buffet is scheduled to open in early 2013.
