A single-vehicle crash in Harrison County sent one man to the hospital Monday night.
The Stonewood Police Department said a 40-year-old man was on his way to the UPS terminal when he drove into Elk Creek, just after 9 p.m. Police said the man may have suffered from a medical condition, but they did not know for sure if that contributed to the crash.
The Stonewood Fire Department helped the man out of the vehicle and up the embankment.
Police said the man is a Stonewood resident and was coherent and responsive following the crash. Anmoore EMS transported the man to UHC.
