The Randolph County Development Authority said the Armstrong plant near Beverly is looking to hire 150 new employees.
The plant is expanding production and adding a third shift in response to an increase in demand for its products.
Armstrong makes hardwood flooring.
The Authority said growth like this is a great boost for the county.
Morris said a turnaround in the housing market is part of the reason for the increase in production at the facility.
