The Red Hot Buffet Bar and Grill will open on December 27.
It will feature Chinese, Japanese, American, and Italian cuisines.
"The different thing is we will have the chef cooking right there in front of you. It will be a lot fresher and nicer," said Jim Liu, of Red Hot Buffet.
The all you can eat will start at about $7 per person.
