
Two people pleaded guilty before Magistrate Judge John S. Kaull in the U.S. District Court in Clarksburg, according to a news release from the office of the U.S. Attorney Northern District of W.Va.
Rebecca Powell, 50 of West Milford, pleaded guilty to distribution of crack cocaine within 1,000 feet of Glen Elk City Park on March 22, 2012, officials said.
Powell is free on bond pending sentencing and faces up to 40 years in prison and a $2 million fine, according to the news release.
William Jackson, 46 of Clarksburg, pleaded guilty to distribution of cocaine on March 23, 2012 in Clarksburg, officials said.
Jackson is free on bond pending sentencing and faces up to 20 years in prison and a $1 million fine, according to the news release.
