Industry veteran to guide company’s continuing expansion and growth.

RxAnte, Inc., a health care analytics company providing a new and innovative approach for improving medication management, announced the appointment of James “Jim” Kalustian as Chief Operating Officer. Kalustian brings more than 20 years of expertise in health care and life sciences to RxAnte’s current team of health care and IT industry leaders.
As Chief Operating Officer, Kalustian will focus on scaling operations, building RxAnte’s infrastructure and honing the organization’s go-to-market systems. In addition to this role, Kalustian will maintain his position as Chairman of the Board of Ambassadors Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: EPAX).

Before joining RxAnte, Kalustian was the senior vice president of Network Development and co-founder of Health Resources Information Network (HRInet), a company which facilitated and organized resource networks of specialist physicians.
Prior to this, Kalustian managed operations and profit and loss for the payor, biopharmarmaceutical, provider, retail and consumer products units in his role as Vice President and General Manager of the Emerging Markets business unit at Fair Isaac Corporation. He also served as acting vice president of FICO’s Innovation Management unit where he spearheaded the development and commercialization of many of FICO’s health care and retail analytics products.

Kalustian has also served as Chief Operating Officer and member of the Board of Directors of Braun Consulting, Inc. (NASDAQ: BRNC), and was a co-founder of Vertex Partners, a customer-focused strategic consulting firm that joined Braun in 1999. He holds an A.B. from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
